Return & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, no refunds are offered. 

When you purchase an item, you are agreeing to these terms. 

Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase. We are unable to change the price if it is not entered during the purchase.

Shipping Policy

Everything in our shop is a digital download so nothing will be shipped. You will receive all purchases through email. 

That means you don’t need to worry about the cost of shipping! Yippee! 

What happens after I make a purchase?

After you complete your purchase, you will be redirected to the page where you can download your pdf.

You will also receive an email from me (clare@homeschoolof1.com) that includes your receipt with the download links for the products you purchased.

Please wait for up to 10 minutes for this email, if you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder or promos tab if you’re using Gmail.

Once you click on the link, it will automatically be downloaded to the download folder on your computer or device.

You must have Adobe Reader to open the file.

Why won’t my purchase go through?

EU customers may not be able to purchase through this shop.

You can go to my Teacher’s Pay Teachers shop to purchase my products from there.

Licensing

My products can be used for personal non-commercial use for your family or classroom.
